This was my final stop, Fort Mott/Fort Delaware Ferry. I was technically in Pennsville, New Jersey, but the end of the pier where I took most of my pictures was actually over the border between Delaware and New Jersey, meaning my voyage took me over 3 states. On my way from the last park to this one, I was literally racing the SS United States. It was a 35 minute drive, which was easily the longest drive between parks. When I arrived, I didn’t know how long I’d need to wait, or even if I had missed her entirely. My earliest picture is timestamped at 3:40 PM. She finally arrived at 5:39 PM, but it's far too early to be discussing that. It had been extremely overcast all day, and when I arrived, it finally started to break.
